If you're enjoying Fabric Digest, it would mean a lot to us if you could share about us on social media. We're a small, new venture, and your support really makes a difference.

- Nellie Gustafsson (Microsoft)

At Build, Microsoft introduced AI skills in Fabric, enabling users to create custom generative AI experiences for better data interaction and decision-making. While Copilot assists with data tasks and code generation, AI skills are designed to offer an even more streamlined experience with minimal user input.

- Štěpán Rešl

Štěpán points out that personal workspaces in Microsoft Fabric are frequently underestimated despite their importance for individual content management and testing. Although larger companies worry about the lack of control and sharing capabilities, these workspaces are vital for personal analysis and avoiding conflicts with shared content.

- Gregor Brunner

If you have ever worked with Power Query or Dataflows, you know it can be tricky to find errors that cause queries to stop executing unexpectedly. Gregor offers a quick and easy tip to help you filter and show errors clearly.

- Dennes Torres

A new Microsoft Spark Utility is available in preview, which allows you to run multiple Spark Notebooks in parallel. In this short video, Dennes shows you how "mssparkutils.notebook.runMultiple()" works.

- BKColts88

Someone on Reddit wondered why we have separate concepts like a Lakehouse and a Data Warehouse when both ultimately create Delta Parquet files. As always, the excellent r/MicrosoftFabric community delivered some excellent insights.
